WHO ARE NEW FOREST TRADING COMPANY?
New Forest Trading Company is a family run business set in England's beautiful New Forest.

We have over twenty years experience in retail, giftware and engraving. In 2004 we created New Forest Trading Company. Our aim was, and still is, to source and produce the highest quality inspiring products and combine that with excellent customer service. We offer you a friendly and efficient service from the first click on our website to the moment your order arrives at your door.

You will find our online shop is a fabulous treasure trove of engraved, unique and personalised gifts.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE OR BROCHURE?
We do not currently produce a printed catalogue or brochure. Brochures and catalogues can be expensive and time consuming to produce and quickly go out-of-date. Our website shows the products we sell and we aim to keep the site as up-to-date as possible, loading new products and updating stock availability on a daily basis.

You can contact us by telephone on 01425 471143 during office hours, Monday to Friday. An answer-phone is in operation at other times. If we are busy you may sometimes reach our answer-phone during working hours, we will endeavour to return your call as soon as possible.

ARE MY CARD DETAILS SAFE IF I ORDER FROM YOU OVER THE INTERNET?
Shopping with us is very secure. We have taken the following steps to ensure that your details stay secure:

The checkout takes you to the Actinic Payments secure server to process your details using SSL/128 bit encryption, the highest level of security available, you can check this by looking for the golden padlock symbol when you reach the page where your card details are requested.. This server is powered by Creditcall who process your card payment directly, we are not able to see or store your card details and they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Security of payment card data is crucial in the online world. The standard to protect card data is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is a joint venture between Visa and Mastercard, supported by all banks. New Forest Trading Company Ltd is 100% PCI DSS compliant.

To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you have chosen to use you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.

We also accept payments via PayPal. All payment details using this method are encrypted and processed directly by PayPal.

If you are unhappy about entering your card details over the internet, you are welcome to call us and we will take your order in person and process your payment manually. If you choose this option we will not retain your card information and all records are destroyed securely immediately after the payment is processed.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Delivery charges will vary depending on the products ordered and delivery method selected.

Some deliveries will require a signature to confirm delivery/receipt of the parcel.

If you require your order more quickly, we may be able to help. Please contact us by email to check the availability of Special Delivery / Courier Delivery and the addiitional costs involved.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We aim to despatch all credit and debit card orders within 1-3 working days provided that:
1. That the items ordered are held in stock.
2. Your card payment has been accepted.

Some of our products, such as, personalised and engraved items have and extended delivery timescale and these are stated on the individual product details, where applicable.

Delivery typically takes between 2-7 working days (weekends are not counted as working days). Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, they are given as a guideline by Royal Mail and whilst we despatch items quickly we are not responsible for delays in the postal service. Please remember that delays can occur during peak times and Royal Mail strike action.


DO YOU SUPPLY ON A WHOLESALE BASIS?
We are retailers only and are unable to supply on a wholesale basis or give bulk discounts. We work hard to source our unique products, so please do not be offended when we are unable to divulge our source of supply.
